Delivery
All orders are shipped using Australia Post and are sent standard post to the delivery address submitted when you place your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage once the package has been sent.
Delivery to major cities is generally within 2 – 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery to other countries is available. All international orders are dispatched using Australia Post.
Payment
We offer EFTPOS facilities in our showroom and accept all major credit cards.
Pricing
All pricing listed on the Impact Teamwear website is in Australian Dollars and plus GST (10%).
Refunds, Exchanges or Faulty Products
Please choose carefully as we are unable to issue refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. You must notify Impact Teamwear within 48 hours of receiving your order of any items that appear faulty. You may choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don’t do what they are supposed to do. Exchange or credit amounts will apply only to the purchase price of the item you are returning, postage & handling costs will not be credited.
